Please read carefully before participating in any activities or staying at our accommodations. By registering and attending our club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that surfing and related ocean activities carry inherent risks. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, loss, or damages that may occur.
2. Release of Liability
   I release and discharge Stay Stoked LDA, its owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in any surf lessons, free surfing, or camp-related activities.
3. Equipment Use & Responsibility
   Surfboards, wetsuits, and other gear provided during any activity I agree:

To take reasonable care of all equipment provided.
That I am financially responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment while not under direct supervision of an instructor (e.g., during free surf sessions or personal use).
To report any damage or loss immediately to the staff.

4. Medical & Health Declaration
   I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in any activities. I have informed the responsible team member of any medical conditions or medications that may affect my ability to safely participate. I understand that the staff are not medical professionals and are not responsible for managing medical emergencies.
5. Travel Insurance
   I understand that travel insurance is my responsibility and is highly recommended to cover potential cancellations, injuries, theft, or medical emergencies. The surf camp/school is not liable for any personal losses incurred.
6. Photo & Video Consent
   I grant Stay Stoked LDA permission to use any photographs, video, or other media content taken of me during my stay or participation in surf activities. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership over such content. If I prefer to opt out, I will inform the staff.
7. Code of Conduct
   I agree to respect the surf instructors, staff, other guests, and local community. Stay Stoked LDA reserves the right to remove any guest from the camp or lessons without refund due to dangerous behavior, violation of local laws, or persistent disrespectful conduct.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
   A 50% deposit is required to book your activity. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the activity. If you cancel your activity more than 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule and your deposit will still be valid. If you cancel your activity less than 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit.

   In instances where unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, bad surfing circumstances…) necessitate canceling a lesson on our side, we will notify you and reschedule as soon as possible!
